Altitude Trekker旅行社的取消条款 / Cancellation from our agency

 

如因交通和住宿问题或人员不足而影响团体安全，我们保留修改或取消行程的权利。

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour if the group's safety is compromised, due to transport and accommodation problems, or lack of staff.

 

如果我们取消行程，已收取的款项将全部退还，但在以下情况下不予以其他补偿或赔偿：

If we cancel a tour, the amounts collected will be fully refunded, but no other compensation or indemnity will be due if:

 

未达到行程所需的最低人数，且我司按以下时间安排通知客户：

The minimum number of participants required for the tour is not reached, and the agency informs the customer as follows:

 

• 对于超过6天的行程，需在出发前20天通知；

      Twenty days prior to departure for tours lasting more than 6 days;

 

• 对于2到6天的行程，需在出发前7天通知；

      Seven days prior to departure for tours lasting 2 to 6 days;

 

• 对于少于2天的行程，需在出发前48小时通知。

      48 hours prior to departure for tours lasting less than 2 days.

 

由于不可避免的特殊情况（自然灾害、战争等），我司无法履行合同并会在行程开始前尽快通知客户。

The agency is unable to fulfill the contract due to exceptional and unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, war...), and informs the customer as soon as possible before the start of the tour.

 

在以上情况下，已收取的款项将全部退还，但不予以其他补偿或赔偿。

In such cases, the amounts collected will be fully refunded, but no other compensation or indemnity will be possible.

 

如果行程在旅行中途取消，将根据未完成的天数按比例退款。

In case of cancellation during the tour, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused days.

客户个人取消条款 / Cancellation from the customer

 

A. 如果您取消行程，费用如下：

If you cancel your tour, the costs are as follows:

 

•  出发前35天：行程费用的30%

From more than 35 days prior to departure: 30% of the tour cost

 

•  出发前35至7天：行程费用的90%

From 35 to 7 days prior to departure: 90% of the tour cost

 

•  少于7天：行程费用的100%

Less than 7 days: 100% of the tour cost

 

在以上任何情况下客户取消行程，客户需承担国际退费所产生的手续费。

In all cases of cancellation, the customer is responsible for the handling fee incurred for international refunds.

 

我们强烈建议报名时购买自己始发地的户外旅行保险，如因出现不可抗力等因素（如航班晚点，罢工或因个人身体原因等）未能参加活动，客户可以向保险公司申请理赔，我们会全力配合出具相关证明。

We strongly recommend purchasing your own outdoor travel insurance for your place of origin when you sign up. If you are unable to participate in the activity due to force majeure and other factors (such as late flights, strikes, or personal health reasons, etc.), the customer can apply for a claim from the insurance company, and we will cooperate fully with the issuance of the relevant certificates.

 

B. 预订 / The booking

 

预订行程时，您必须填写并签署注册表，这意味着您接受我们的产品销售条款，并支付全款金额30%的定金。

When booking a trip, you must complete and sign the registration form, which means you accept our general terms of sale and pay a deposit of 50% of the full amount.

 

我们将视情况尽快发送预订确认函。

Depending on availability, we will send a booking confirmation as soon as possible.

 

余额必须在出发前至少35天支付。未按时支付的行程可能被取消，定金不予退还。

The balance must be paid no later than 35 days prior to departure. If a tour is not paid on time, it may be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

 

C. 关于签证问题 / For the visa issue

 

如果我们需要签发行程单或邀请函，由于签证原因退款需扣除60欧元的行政费用，其余活动费用退还。

If we are required to issue an itinerary or invitation letter, refunds due to visa reasons are subject to a 60€ administrative fee and a refund of the remaining activity fee.

关于保险 / Regarding insurance

 

我们强烈建议参团人员购买覆盖出行地全程的户外保险，特别应包括：户外山地医疗保险，出事随行保险，以及含直升机救援的户外救援保险。Altitude Trekker 将默认您已购买了所有必要保险。如因未投保所产生的风险和费用，将由您自行承担。

 

We strongly recommend that participants purchase comprehensive outdoor insurance covering the entire duration of the trip, specifically including: outdoor mountain medical insurance, accident accompaniment insurance, and outdoor rescue insurance with helicopter evacuation coverage. Altitude Trekker will assume that you have purchased all necessary insurance. Any risks and expenses arising from the lack of such insurance will be solely your responsibility.

关于年龄限制及健康状况 / Regarding Age Restrictions and Health Conditions

 

我们建议儿童年龄须满8岁以上方可报名参团。对于60岁以上的客户，务必在报名前接受专业医疗评估，确认心脑血管健康状况良好，身体适合进行中高强度的徒步活动。客户本人应对自身健康状况负责，如因隐瞒或评估不足而产生的任何风险或后果，须由客户自行承担。我们有权根据客户的健康状况决定是否接受报名。

We recommend that children must be at least 8 years old to join our tours. For participants over the age of 60, it is mandatory to undergo a professional medical evaluation prior to registration, confirming that they are in good cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health and physically fit for moderate to intensive trekking. Each participant is solely responsible for assessing and disclosing their health condition. Any risk or consequence arising from non-disclosure or inadequate evaluation shall be borne by the participant. We reserve the right to accept or decline bookings based on the participant’s health status.
