CHECK SCHEDULE


Day 1 Arrival in Geneva – Chamonix

Arrive in Geneva (recommended arrival time no later than 12:00). Our group transfer departs at 13:00. We then drive to the birthplace of European outdoor sports—the Chamonix Valley. In the evening, you may rest at the hotel or wander around the town to purchase last-minute gear in preparation for your upcoming trekking adventure.

Day 2 Chamonix – Lac Blanc – Le Tour

At 8:00, we meet at the hotel. After a French guide introduces the itinerary, we start our Tour of Mont Blanc trek from the Flégère cable car station in Les Praz, Chamonix. First, we take the Flégère cable car up to Mont Blanc, reaching an altitude of 2300 m. Then we head towards Lac Blanc, overlooking the northern side of the Mont Blanc massif, Mer de Glace, and the Bergson Glacier. On the descent, we pass Col des Montets and the Aiguilles Rouges Visitor Center, continuing towards Montroc and the village of Le Tour.

Day 3 Le Tour – Trient

Following the Les Posettes trail, we climb to Col de Balme (2200 m), marking the border between France and Switzerland. Along this section, we enjoy panoramic views of the Argentière, Le Tour, and Mont Blanc glaciers. After crossing Swiss alpine pastures, we end the day in the village of Trient.

Elevation gain/loss: +840 m / –930 m


Day 4 Col Ferret – Italian Val Ferret

We ascend to Col Ferret (2537 m), the border between Switzerland and Italy, passing beautiful alpine pastures around La Peule. Once over the pass, we enter the Italian side of Val Ferret, trekking opposite the Mont Blanc massif until reaching the foot of the Pré de Bar Glacier, enjoying majestic glacier views.

Dinner: Selected local specialty dinner (included)

Trekking time: 7h

Elevation gain/loss: +950 m / –900 m


Day 5 Val Ferret – Courmayeur

After climbing to the cabin near the Arminaz pastures, we traverse the Val Ferret area on a special panoramic route. This trail offers spectacular views of Mont Blanc, Mont Dolent, Aiguille Triolet, and the Grandes Jorasses. Overnight in Courmayeur, same accommodation as the previous night.

Lunch: Packed lunch (included)

Dinner: Selected local specialty dinner (included)

Trekking time: 6h or 8h

Elevation gain/loss:

– Shorter option: +600 m / –750 m

– Longer option: +1100 m / –1250 m


Day 6 Courmayeur – Col de la Seigne – Les Chapieux

From Courmayeur, we gradually ascend toward Col de la Seigne (2516 m), the classic high point on the TMB marking the border between Italy and France. From the pass, we enjoy sweeping views of the southern side of Mont Blanc’s glaciers and surrounding peaks. We continue along open alpine valleys and meadows, taking in the vast southern ridgeline of the massif.

Trekking time: 6h

Elevation gain/loss: +850 m / –650 m


Day 7 Beaufort – Contamines – Les Houches

In the morning, we transfer from Bourg-Saint-Maurice back to Les Chapieux. We trek through alpine meadows, passing streams and waterfalls, descending toward Notre Dame de la Gorge. We cross Col du Bonhomme (2329 m), once part of an ancient trade route, then follow the old Roman road down to the chapel at the valley bottom. After descending, we proceed to Les Houches, reaching the official start/finish gate of the Tour of Mont Blanc. Here we celebrate completing the TMB challenge.

Elevation gain/loss: +850 m / –1500 m


Day 8 Chamonix

Free day in Chamonix. You may take the cable car to Aiguille du Midi, enjoy a paragliding experience, shop, or explore the town. Group transfer to Geneva Airport is scheduled at 11:00, marking the end of the trip.


The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. All arrangements are subject to actual conditions.
